2023 FEBRUARY UPDATE

We have some amazing projects underway currently. Paramount, Waverley, and Martha are 3 beautiful Queenslanders that we have lifted, dug, retained, and extended.

Project Paramount has incredible city and suburb views. It sits high on the hill and has beautiful breezes. The team here is busy framing up new walls and restoring some of the precious details that will give this house so much character. Plumbers and electricians are busy roughing in and the bricky is just about finished laying the retaining. The architect for this home is Tanya Coward Architects.

Project Waverley, the details in this home are beautiful, and it’s wonderful to see them all coming to life. Joinery has been installed and the Kitchen Island that Thomas and Spencer built is huge, it has amazing double-sided storage. We are also having a love affair with the butler’s pantry. The finishing trades are all onboard now and this home is really coming together. Design by MR Building Designs

Project Martha is a beautiful little worker’s cottage in the heart of Paddington. The house has been lifted footings installed and the boys have just started the extension. She is a real Beauty. Design by MR Building Designs.
