A usual project begins with a face to face consultation at your home or site. This allows the team at Spencer Constructions to understand the finer details of what you are wanting and where you are in the construction journey.
Spencer Constructions likes to work with their clients right at the beginning, when ideas are forming and a vision is being created. We like to assist with the initial design ideas, work on a budget and then point you in the direction of finding a designer best suited to your needs.
We work with many designers including architects, drafts-people and building designers. It's important to give your designers a budget to work with from the start and a list of must have items. This will allow them to know where to focus and what is important to you.
We then meet with you and your designer to get some preliminary costings underway. The preliminary budget will allow all parties to ensure that the project is in line with the budget.
Once a job is commissioned, you will meet your project manager and delivery team, who will ultimately manage the whole project until completion.
