The 2020 new financial year has started with a bang!
During July the boy’s started SIX new jobs and we currently have 15 projects under construction. These projects range from new decks, apartment refreshes to major lift and raises and extensions.
Taylor Street is one of our larger renovations and framing is nearly complete and the roof will be going on soon, which is an exciting time at any project. Taylor has been designed by MR Building Design & KJK Interiors.
Carberry is a great project in the Grange designed by Local Focus Design. This job has seen lost of progress this month and we have now broken inside. Bathrooms, painting and fit-off will all happen in the next few weeks!
This project is HUGE, we are going to be tripling the size of Yarradale over the coming months. This modern extension has been designed by MR Building Design.
Admiralty 4 (This is our 4th renovation in the building) has been gutted and is now being fitted out with the new finishes Thomas & Spencer Kitchens are installing the joinery and @Encoreplumbingandmaintenance are busy.
Granville is another project designed by MR Building Design and she has had the Thomas & Spencer Kitchens installed and painting and framing is currently underway.
Kadumba is a beautiful old Queenslander that we are extending out the back and redoing the deck and adding a bedroom. @_JMHdesigns is the building designer behind this home.
Temple is another beautiful Queenslander that is being lovingly restored. Demolition has taken place ready for {{facebook_mention(1730643107237843|Rise House Raising)}} to come on-site and lift her. We can’t wait to show you how she looks at the end of August. Temple has also been designed by {{facebook_mention(619236368253084|MR Building Design)}}
